"
Jetty's going to sing a little song... I get my hands dirty with purple
ink. I'm not afraid to spill a little heart on the page-- Feel my
pulse.... I'll laugh with my whole heart, and love with my whole heart.
Break with my whole heart.... tired of the same songs, with the same
lyrics, and the same melodies. I long for something different. I sing
to the tap of a tambourine. And a loud bus horn. A rushing wave. A
sleeping baby. An angry drunk. Anyone who will listen..."
Jetty Rae is....
Chicken noodle soup for the soul, and a nap time in heaven! Jetty Rae
weaves soul, folk, and a little bit of Jetty into a beautiful tapestry
of notes. Her sound could be compared to many female artists such as
Norah Jones, Adele, and Fiona Apple, but it is her instrument of song
that sets her apart.

Her artistic influences coupled with her life living in China, Hawaii, and Fiji, becomes apparent in her voice and lyrics. Rooted in depression, love, and faith. Jetty is a solo artist, just Jetty and her guitar.
Her voice is her first instrument, accompanied by her guitar. She draws you in almost instantly in a very intimate, human way--with lyrics written by an "Old Soul." Jetty is currently working on her next album "Nobody."
